Welcome to skydiveclubs.dk. By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
2. Authorized Access
This system is a private intranet exclusively for members of the Danish Parachute Association (DFU) and affiliated skydiving clubs. Access to this platform is granted solely based on your active membership status.
3. Data Confidentiality
You agree that all data, member lists, contact information, and internal communications found within the system are strictly confidential. You must not disclose this information to any third party or unauthorized individuals.
4. Prohibited Use
- You shall not share your login credentials with anyone outside of the authorized club administration.
- The use of this platform for spamming, harassment, or malicious purposes is strictly forbidden.
- Uploading harmful software or attempting to breach system security will result in immediate termination.
5. Termination
The Danish Parachute Association (DFU) reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to this platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The skydiveclubs.dk platform is provided "as is" and "as available". DFU makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information contained herein for operational jumping decisions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
